Terms & Conditions
Reserving equipment or booking a marquee:
Upon completion of your order and a total hire price has been agreed, we will require 20% of the total invoice as a deposit to reserve your goods for your required date. This is a non-refundable fee unless we receive cancellation 45 day prior to your event.
All our prices quoted are a finished price with no further taxes or cleaning charges to be added. A delivery fee may apply depending on your location.
Payment for the hire of goods is required prior or on the day of delivery. An additional refundable deposit of €200 is required to cover any damages/breakages/loss that may occur whilst in your care.
Delivery of Goods
Marquees / tents are erected and dismantled by our team. Any linings or lighting (if required) are also fixed and included in the hire price and music/sound systems set up ready to use. Tables, chairs and other catering equipment will be dropped off ready for you to use or display and is down to you or your coordinators to position and dress. We can at an addition fee dress the tables and chairs (if using our table or chair covers) and display the cutlery, tableware and decoration. We can only give you a price for this upon details of the event.
Hire conditions:
The goods always remain the property of T&E, but the responsibility of safeguarding the goods and preventing any damage or loss is at the hirers risk whilst in their care and at their location.
All catering equipment is delivered to you clean and sterile. They can be returned to us soiled, and ask items are just rinsed with food residue removed. Â Â
We accept table covers may get spills or stains, but any excessive marks or burns will incur a surcharge.
Recommendation of third parties:
Whilst we are happy to help find or recommend third parties to assist with your event, we are not liable for their services or how they conduct their business .               Â
We will however obviously try to suggest businesses we know and trust and will inform you regarding our knowledge regarding said businesses.
